I led the comprehensive migration of 43 school websites and 59 departmental pages for the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District. This project included careful planning and execution to ensure a seamless transition with zero downtime on migration day. My responsibilities involved:

Design Consistency: Selecting color schemes and incorporating logos for brand alignment across all pages.

Data Integrity: Ensuring all information was accurately migrated to maintain quality and reliability.

User Experience: Enhancing accessibility and ease of use, ultimately improving the user experience for students, parents, and staff.

Improved Domain Structure: Transitioned each school from using "instant directories" to dedicated domains, making the URLs more accessible and easier to navigate for users.

Additionally, I coordinated with the video production team to include introductory videos for each school, creating a more engaging and visually appealing experience for visitors. These videos enhance the website’s appeal, providing a warm, welcoming introduction to each school community.
